Bug report received and confirmation email sent
Reproduce with submitted file, grade as Critical / Major / Minor
Immediate work begins, patch or workaround provided
Update deployed + a small gift
Full refund + license revoked
Any of the following qualifies as unable to work:
"Slow" or "inconvenient" does not qualify as unable to work.
If a Critical-graded bug is not resolved by the next build (or within 1 month), we process a no-questions-asked full refund. The license is revoked upon refund.
Not typically covered, but for well-known third-party plugins, we will review internally and provide a solution.

Yes, the Work Guarantee applies regardless of purchase date. However, it only applies to products that display the Work Guarantee card on their product page. It does not apply to all products.
