Basic Principle

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available once the product key has been delivered or the download has been completed.

Refundable Cases

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

Technical defectFatal error in the software itself that prevents operation, not resolved by the Company within 7 days
Duplicate paymentDuplicate charge for the same product due to a payment system error
Unused licenseWithin 7 days of purchase, and the license key has never been activated

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of knowledge of how to use the software
  • Personal PC environment issues (not meeting recommended specifications)
  • After license key activation
  • More than 7 days after purchase

License deactivation

Upon refund approval, the license key is immediately deactivated

Post-Refund Usage Warning

Continued use of the software after a refund has been processed will be considered copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
