Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available once the product key has been delivered or the download has been completed.
Refunds are processed only in the following cases:
| Reason | Condition |
|---|---|
| Technical defect | Fatal error in the software itself that prevents operation, not resolved by the Company within 7 days |
| Duplicate payment | Duplicate charge for the same product due to a payment system error |
| Unused license | Within 7 days of purchase, and the license key has never been activated |

Processed within 7 business days
License deactivation
Upon refund approval, the license key is immediately deactivated
Continued use of the software after a refund has been processed will be considered copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
