Terms of Service — Trial & Free License

1. Trial licenses are valid for the Company-designated period (typically 14 days) and are automatically deactivated upon expiration.

2. Duplicate trial requests for the same product by the same user are not permitted.

• Trial software is provided "As-Is" and the liability limitations in the General Terms of Service apply equally.
• Trials are provided free of charge and are not subject to refund.
• The Company assumes no liability for damages arising from trial use.

These Terms apply equally to licenses issued free of charge by OtakuSolutions (hereinafter 'player license' or 'free license'), in addition to trial licenses.

• Issuance: A player license is a perpetual license issued free of charge at the Company's discretion.
• Feature Restrictions: Player licenses may be limited to specific features (e.g., Ani tab only). Rigging features such as the Edit tab are not available.
• One per User: Only one player license is issued per user per product.
• Terms Apply: All provisions of the General Terms of Service and these Terms apply equally to player licenses. Prohibited actions (reverse engineering, redistribution, account sharing, etc.) apply regardless of whether the license is free.
• Revocation: The Company may revoke or modify the feature scope of a player license when necessary. Prior email notice will be provided in principle.

Player licenses are provided free of charge and are not subject to refund.
