Hello, this is Cheoljin from OtakuSolutions.
Thank you for using BipedPlus. We made a mistake during development, and we are writing now to let you know — later than we should have.
Who this applies to — Only rigs built with BipedPlus 2.4.0 that include the elbow correction (ForeArm Cor) module. If you did not use that module, you do not need to change anything.
What went wrong — Controller names (Ctrl_…_ForeArm_Cor_In / Out) are correct. Only the skin bone In / Out names are swapped.
(Image 1) Cor_In side — controller is correct; the skin bone at the same spot is misnamed
(Image 2) Cor_Out side — controller is correct; the skin bone at the same spot is misnamed

Please do this — Do not delete the bones. Rename them only, as below. To avoid name collisions, use a temporary name (for example _tmp) on one side first, then set the final names.
Left
Skin_L_ForeArm_Cor_Out → Skin_L_ForeArm_Cor_In
Skin_L_ForeArm_Cor_In → Skin_L_ForeArm_Cor_Out
Right
Skin_R_ForeArm_Cor_Out → Skin_R_ForeArm_Cor_In
Skin_R_ForeArm_Cor_In → Skin_R_ForeArm_Cor_Out
It may look minor, but leaving it as-is can cause some data to drift later during retargeting. Please rename when you can.
Sorry for the sudden notice. If anything is unclear, feel free to write to contact@otakusolutions.com.
Cheoljin, OtakuSolutions
