Team License Management
👥 Team License Management
If you (as a company or individual) have purchased 2 or more OtakuSolutions licenses, you are granted Team Leader (LEADER) privileges, allowing you to freely assign and revoke licenses among your team members.
You can manage licenses from "Team License" in the Profile menu. Licenses are grouped by product for a clear overview at a glance.

You can check your license status at the top of the page.

| Total Licenses | Total number of licenses held |
| Active Licenses | Number of licenses currently assigned to and in use by team members |
| Unassigned | Number of licenses not yet assigned and available for use |
🔧 Feature Description
| Button | Status | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Assign | Unassigned License | Assigns an unassigned license to a team member via their email. The team member can use the product immediately upon assignment. |
| Change | Assigned License | Changes the user of an already assigned license to a different team member. |
| Revoke | Assigned License | Revokes an assigned license and returns it to unassigned status. Upon revocation, the license is deactivated. |
⚙️ Additional Options
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Show Unassigned Only | When the filter is on, only currently unassigned licenses are displayed. You can quickly find available licenses. |
| Collapse/Expand by Product | Licenses are grouped by product, and products you are not interested in can be collapsed. |
💡 Notes
- The email to assign must be registered with an OtakuSolutions account.
- Revoked licenses can be reassigned to another team member at any time.
